The founder
Senior Influence & Proof Adviser
Ali Ghaith founded AG Consultancies in Jerusalem, supporting organizations in sensitive, donor-funded environments.
With over 15 years of experience in advocacy, strategic communication, media, and stakeholder engagement across Palestine and MENA, he has held senior roles with UN agencies, NGOs, public institutions, and media.
He often encounters a challenge: organizations can describe actions but struggle to explain changes, their contributions, and evidence support.
Through AG Consultancies, he helps clients link evidence, stakeholder alignment, advocacy, and communication, transforming scattered efforts into credible influence systems. His approach combines judgment, evidence discipline, and practical tools to build trust, boost donor confidence, and improve decisions.
Previously, Ali worked in journalism, TV, organizational communications, and media leadership, giving him a practical understanding of institutional mandates, narratives, political sensitivities, and realities.
He also created the Influence OS, a framework for developing ethical, evidence-led influence beyond visibility, fostering enduring ideas, systems, and decisions.

Ali leads the diagnosis, the strategic choices, and the final review of the work.
Specialist research, analysis, production, or facilitation support can be added where the assignment genuinely requires it.
Each engagement should leave the client able to test its claims, organize its evidence, and make the next decision without continued dependence on an adviser.
AGC takes on a limited number of engagements because Ali remains directly involved in the work.

Scope
AG Consultancies is not a PR agency, outsourced communications department, content-production house, or general training provider.
Training, research, facilitation, and communication products may be used when they solve part of a diagnosed problem. AGC does not offer them as stand-alone volume services.
Working principles
Claims should not outrun the proof available to defend them.
The right decision matters more than the volume of outputs.
Useful influence travels into what other actors say, decide, or do.
Political care should sharpen the message, not empty it of meaning.
